We teach the essentials; product knowledge, flavor profiles, service techniques and pairing to create professional mixologists, bartenders & servers. This instruction is beyond comprehensive & comes from insiders, currently working in the hospitality industry. Starting as a dishwasher holding literally every position to Director has taught me one thing, there’s always more to learn. Certifications include: Wine Sommelier and Specialist of Spirits.
